The 2024 International Conference on Frontiers of Characterization and Metrology for Nanoelectronics (FCMN) will be held at the Monterey Marriott in Monterey, CA, April 15-18, 2024. Conference registration will likely include:

Registration Fees

There are three (3) optional tutorials scheduled on Monday, April 15, 2024 for $100 each. One on Machine Learning and its Application to Metrology; another on Metrology Techniques; and a third on Advanced Packaging. Space is limited to 20 seats per tutorial. Details coming soon!

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you cannot attend FCMN 2024 (International Conference on Frontiers of Characterization and Metrology for Nanoelectronics) you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by March 15, 2024, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after March 15, 2024.
