Printed Poster Guidelines: Authors are responsible for setting up their displays and being present for poster sessions, during breaks, and some of the lunch period. Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference. Each contributed poster paper will be assigned a poster number and allotted a poster board space measuring 46 inch (wide) x 46 inch (high). Your assigned poster number will be at the top of that poster board and push pins will be provided in a cup pinned to your board.
Poster Setup: April TBD starting at 9:00 a.m.
Poster Teardown: April TBD by 3:30 p.m. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any posters left on the boards at the end of the meeting – any remaining posters will be discarded.
Online Poster Guidelines: We would like to make the posters displayed at the FCMN 2024 available on our Website. Please send a slide format file of your poster for display on the conference website to Erik Secula, erik.secula@nist.gov
